Regardless of where you live, your product will reach every corner of the world, as we offer worldwide shipping. Should a circumstance arise where we are unable to, you will be liable to care for handling fees, custom and duty charges.
Please note: In many countries properly declared shipments are subject to customs charges and taxes.
Please be aware that you are responsible for any duty, customs, taxes or other special charges incurred upon receiving your gemstone item. Please inquire as to the custom/duty charges in your country
Handling and shipping
Once you make up your mind and advance with successful payment confirmation, we process the order within 48 hours and ship it to you. All foreign sales are performed with full insurance. All orders exceeding USD 1000, are delivered by Advanced Quality, Ltd via FedEx,DHL. You can write to us in advance to arrange for express service (with additional shipping fee), for orders below USD 1000 as well. You will receive an update with tracking details upon completed dispatch. Kindly feel free to reach your local postal service to track the shipment with the respective logistics later, or write to us to check the approximate delivery interval anytime.
Your orders are handled everyday of the week, excluding Friday, Saturday & national holidays. Should an item be temporarily unavailable, you will be informed. In such circumstances, we kindly ask for up to three weeks to complete the order.
At Advanced Quality, we take pride in the quality of our products and aspire to maintain high customer satisfaction, thus, we are positive that you are going to love your purchases. However, should this not be the case and should you wish to return or exchange your order, kindly email us to ensure that the item for exchange or return requested, complies with the Exchange and Returns policy. To avoid inconvenience with customs and extra charges, please do not ship back to us without prior notice.
Upon confirmation of possible return or exchange, the item would be exchangeable within 15 days on condition that the purchased item is in new condition, unused, unworn, unmounted… and that all the documents accompanying the original parcel (i.e. certificates, gift boxes) be kept and submitted. Please note that handling charges are subject to individual cases based on the area of delivery. To ensure a smooth return, please check with us in advance regarding the logistic details.
Advanced Quality Ltd. reserves the right to charge restocking fee inclusive of outbound shipping fees and payment system commission charged from us. Upon agreement, we will issue a refund of the full amount of your purchase to you, less any original shipping and handling charges previously applied. Our return policy is in accordance to Israeli law, You are liable for the inbound return shipment charges, duty, and taxes as well. For tracking purposes, we recommend shipping returned merchandise via an insured. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. In the case of the original certificate of the purchase not being returned, the customer is liable for an additional 300 USD fee, deducted from the amount being refunded. Furthermore, please note that bespoke items or special orders that we currently do not carry in stock, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
In some instances, it is possible for you to return an item to us with 100% refund and no charges at all. The satisfaction of our clients is of utmost importance, therefore, we are always open to discussion concerning any issue. PAYPAL
PayPal is recognized as the safest method of making an online payment. The service enables payments through any of the major credit cards, in addition to accepting bank account payments or PayPal Smart Connect payments. The PayPal supported major credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and EnRoute.
MONEY WIRE
For customers who prefer paying by wire transfer; It is considered one of the quickest and safest methods of payment, especially when dealing with large amounts. Advanced Quality provides the bank details so that any customer may conveniently transfer funds directly from their bank account to Advanced Quality’s bank account. All Customers paying by wire will receive wiring instructions once they have completed the check-out process. Please contact us for more information.
Note: When paying by Direct Bank Transfer, your items will be reserved for three days.
Please email us the bank transfer reference code once you have initiated the payment. Once the funds have been received, we will process your order.
Transfer fees must not be deducted from the received amount.

Whenever customers are asked to enter private information on the website, including their name, address, or credit card information, it will be handled using a secure server (SSL 128) protocol. The encryption technology that Advanced Quality issues is the most advanced presently available. Customers who prefer not to order through the Internet can send us an email to info@aqgems.com and a representative will contact you within 48 hours, excluding national holidays.
Currency
Credit card and PayPal payments will be charged in US Dollars only. Payments by Bank Transfer must be sent in US Dollars only.
PayPal and your processing bank (credit card issuing bank) will use their own exchange rates to convert the currencies and therefore the charges in your selected currency will differ slightly from the prices shown in that currency on our website. Advanced Quality will only authorize to charge the amount shown in US Dollars. Any additional fees are exclusively based on PayPal and your credit card issuing bank policies.
